I believe in a no nonsense approach to training. Simple, when you get stronger you can do more - in the gym and in life. I won't fill you up with slogans or uplifting words of the day. Just make it to your workout and let's go from there. I'll provide the absolute best and simplest way to improve your physical health. JUST GET STRONGER is my mantra. I've been a Professional Personal Trainer for over ten years and a Jujitsu aficionado for just as many. While I sport a body of Asian inspired tattoos I swear none of them are from a prison of any sort.

ONLINE TRAINING

Doing nothing does not make you stronger.

I've worked with several clients who only need a solid program laid out for them. I'll go over what you need to work on and adjust as you get stronger. This requires you to make this work at your gym, whereever that is.

$100/MTH

IN-PERSON TRAINING

From one day to several times a week.

We'll work hard in 45 minute sessions to get you strong. My clients progress at a measured pace. You won't do Fad or Gym-Bro exercises just proven ones that work for you and your body. Ones that are guaranteed to make you stronger.

$55/SESSION

It comes down to doing the basics and doing them well.
